David Bowie's 'Blackstar' β˜… single was released 10 David Bowie's 'Blackstar' β˜… single was released 10 years ago, on the 20th of November 2015. It was around this time that I began talks about serialising @REBELREBELcomics on a website I had been collaborating with for the past five years. We shook hands and agreed to start in 2016. Unfortunately, just over a month after the song's release, Bowie shockingly passed away and I began serialising REBEL REBEL soon after; it has been almost ten years of non-stop weekly episodes of researching and narrating David's formative years. The Blackstar β˜… poster in this video was one of the first pieces I made, around this time, for art fairs, comics cons and Patrons of the project.
